Responsibilities
Supervise and manage clinic staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Manage financial aspects of the clinic, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Maintain accurate records of patient information and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Liaise with clients to organise appointments, address concerns, provide information, and enhance client satisfaction.
Collaborate with clinic professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a healthcare setting is essential.
Strong financial management skills with the ability to analyse budgets and financial reports.
Healthcare experience is highly desirable, providing insight into the clinical environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
