Harley Street Clinic Surrey are seeking a Theatre Nurse to join our team. You will have a pivotal role, assisting our surgeons, overseeing compliancy, ensuring high standards of patient care, and facilitating effective communication within the clinical environment. This position requires clinical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Responsibilities
To ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines to enhance patient outcomes.
Conduct regular assessments of patient care practices and provide constructive feedback..
Coordinate patient care plans effectively.
Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid nursing license.
Significant experience in a clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of nursing best practices and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
Proficient in using electronic health record systems and other relevant technologies.
A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on industry trends.
