We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a professional demeanour, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires proficiency in various administrative tasks, including data entry and clerical duties, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. The preferred candidate will have great personal skills and a willingness to contribute to an overall positive patient experience.
Duties
Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in the organisation of files and documents, ensuring that all information is easily accessible.
Utilise Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
Coordinate schedules and appointments, ensuring effective time management for the team.
Maintain an organised workspace and assist with general office upkeep.
Provide clerical support as required, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Managing the flow of patients and communicating treatment care plans.
Assisting with overseeing clients receiving cryotherapy treatment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Proficiency in computerised systems, particularly Google Suite.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Working understanding of microsoft software.
Keen interest in health and wellness.
Working understanding of business social media.
Attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate records.

*Our clinics hours run from 9:30 - 7:00pm and 9:00 - 13:30pm on Saturdays. The hours will be within these working hours. Saturday morning shift is required.
