Techxi Ltd is experiencing rapid and exciting growth, and we are looking for a proactive and reliable Admin & Finance Assistant to join our small, supportive team. About the Role
This position provides vital administrative and financial support across the business. You'll play an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly, with responsibilities spanning data entry, finance administration, and wider support to the Fleet Operations and Dispatch Function.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately inputting data into internal systems and spreadsheets
Assisting with invoicing preparation, including raising invoices and supporting documentation
Chasing outstanding invoices and communicating professionally with Clients, Service Users and Suppliers
Supporting compliance and admin processes within the fleet operations and dispatch function
General administrative duties including filing, responding to emails, and maintaining records
Providing additional administrative support to the senior leadership team where required
About You
We're seeking someone who is organised, detail-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring:
Knowledge or experience in transport and logistics (desirable but not essential)
Excellent data-entry skills with high accuracy
Experience with invoicing preparation and chasing payments
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
A willingness to learn -- we appreciate that fleet operations and finance admin are different skill sets, and we are happy to train the right person
