Innocent clothing is seeking an organized and proactive
Admin and HR Coordinator
to look after our daily office operations and HR activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and working with people.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries
Organising recruitment activities, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate employee records (paper and digital), including holiday and sickness tracking on company's online HR platform
Assist with payroll preparation, timesheets, and attendance records
Prepare reports on general HR activities
Coordinate management-employee communications
Order office supplies and liaise with vendors as required
Stay up to date with HR best practices to support workplace efficiency
Maintain and update H&S records for the company and coordinate renewals when required.
Maintain and renew supplier contracts when required
Participate in general tasks required to keep a smooth work flow in office.
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative and/or HR support role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
