This isn't just another admin job. You'll be the backbone of our customer journey AND help shape our growing social media presence. We're looking for someone who has the desire to learn and wants to grow with us!

Admin & Customer Experience - Your day-to-day adventure:



The day-to-day role will vary as the season progresses. As an overview, the role included, but not limited to, the following:

Be one of the friendly voices customers hear when they call with questions about their dream trips Process final stages of bookings and process payments Liaise with suppliers across Scandinavia and beyond Assist our bookkeeper by running financial checks on invoices Ensure every customer receives their detailed Travel Pack and has an amazing experience Monitor and manage customer databases and booking systems

Social Media & Marketing:



Help tell our story across social platforms - share stunning Northern Lights photos, customer adventures, and travel inspiration Engage with our travel-loving community online Support marketing initiatives and campaigns
