Are you an experienced and motivated administrative assistant looking to make a real difference? We're seeking a dedicated individual to support our Specialist Residential Service in Ammanford. As our admin assistant, you will work closely with the Registered Manager and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the service. Your support will help our team continue to provide high-quality care in a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain accurate financial records, including PWS monies, wallet logs, and documentation such as MARS and finance logs. Manage staff alarm systems and mobile phone protocols. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appraisals, and internal events. Oversee office supplies and manage procurement within budget. Take meeting notes and distribute action points. Welcome and sign in visitors, coordinating hospitality as needed. Support onboarding processes and liaise with senior staff for inductions. Maintain staff compliance records, including DBS checks and health assessments. Organise Return to Work meetings and track staff quality actions. Streamline interdepartmental communication to improve workflow. Manage incoming and outgoing mail with proper documentation.
