Who we are: D2 was established in 2017, with a primary focus on providing high quality properties to potentially vulnerable adults, families and young people. We currently support circa 20 Local Authorities across the UK with their Temporary Accommodation needs and are looking to grow our delivery and reach even further. The role: To provide proactive administrative support to our Site Finder, enabling the smooth identification, evaluation and acquisition of properties for temporary accommodation. This role ensures that every step on the housing journey - from initial search and purchase - is underpinned by clarity, care and operational excellence.

You'll be responsible for:



Maintain accurate records of site visits, property evaluations, and acquisition timelines Support scheduling, diary management, and logistics for property viewings and stakeholder meetings Prepare and format documentation for internal review and external partners Act as first point of contact for estate agents and private landlords (sometimes out of hours) Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to ensure processes are smooth and timely Liaise with CEO and Business Development Manager re Local Authority requirements Monitoring various tender portals and liaising with relevant colleagues re completion of bids Undertaking any other duties as required to support business need You'll thrive here if you: Possess excellent research and organisational skills Have attention to detail Can follow through tasks to conclusion Have excellent communication and relationship building skills across sectors Understand homelessness and housing Are comfortable using mapping tools, spreadsheets and digital platforms to track and report findings Are confident and resilient
