As an Admin Assistant, you'll help keep the office running smoothly by supporting the team with basic administrative tasks. Full training will be provided you just need to bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Main Duties
Answering phone calls and taking messages/orders
Entering customer orders into the computer system
Sending emails and printing documents
Organising files and keeping records up to date
Supporting the team with paperwork and general office tasks
Assisting with deliveries and scheduling when needed
You don't need previous admin experience. We're looking for someone who:
Can communicate clearly and politely
Is organised and pays attention to detail
Can use a computer (basic typing - we'll train you)
Is willing to learn and work as part of a team
Shows up on time and gets stuck in
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week
