We're looking for a friendly, organised Admin Assistant to be the first point of contact for customers and to support our busy office team.

07:30-16:30, Monday to Friday

Peterborough (PE2) - on-site

What you'll do
Answer incoming calls and emails; handle queries or route to the right person
Make outgoing calls to residents to
advise/confirm appointments
Scan and file paperwork; keep records up to date.
Serve customers at the trade counter; issue delivery notes accurately
General admin for the wider team (photocopying, data entry, post, supplies)
What you'll need
Confident, professional phone manner and great people skills
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Able to multitask and work to deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Previous admin/reception or customer service experience (preferred)
