We're looking for a proactive and switched-on Admin Assistant to support our busy operations team during a peak period from August to December. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced working environment, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Complete full induction training including right to work checks and onboarding paperwork
Set up new employees on our time and attendance system
Support the Operations Manager with training, team coordination, and ensuring effective communication -- especially with non-English speaking staff
Manage all ecommerce orders including customer service and dispatch coordination
Keep all paperwork accurate and up to date
Help maintain a safe and legally compliant work environment
Track and report performance metrics (KPIs) as directed by the Operations Manager
Maintain open communication across departments
Pitch in on production lines when admin duties are complete
Who We're Looking For:
You're confident using computers and digital systems, including email, spreadsheets, and data entry tools
You're organised, detail-focused, and able to manage several tasks at once
You're a quick learner and willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved
You enjoy being part of a team and are happy to support wherever needed
Previous admin or warehouse experience is helpful but not essential - we'll provide full training!
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37 per week
