Your Role:



This is a diverse role that will involve a mix of administrative support, customer service, and phone-based appointment booking. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Handling phone inquiries and scheduling appointments with prospective clients.

- Welcoming visitors and managing reception duties with a professional, friendly demeanor.

- Supporting our training team with general administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, filing, managing schedules).

- Assisting with coordinating training sessions and ensuring smooth communication between clients and instructors.

- Being a key point of contact for both clients and internal team members, helping to keep everything running smoothly.
