Super Early Years Practitioner Salary:
(depending on age, qualifications, and experience)
Up to 13.66 per hour - 27,000.00 pa @ 38 hours a week
28,794 annual salary
(Level 3+)
= Hourly rate of 14.50 per hour

Monday-Friday / 38 Hours (with 1hour unpaid lunch break)
Shifts between 8am-4.30pm / 9.30am-6pm
All Year Round / Permanent

About the Role - Early Years Practitioner
In this role, you will support children's learning and development, following the EYFS standards to create a warm and stimulating environment. You'll work closely with children, parents, and carers, contributing to a high standard of care and education through engaging activities and a commitment to outdoor learning.
Early Years Practitioner - Responsibilities
To communicate any relevant information required to follow the food and drink policy and health and safety procedures with all members of staff
To use the administration process appropriately to enable policies and procedures to be followed accurately
To ensure the legal aspects of health and safety are followed in line with company's policies and procedures
To undertake any relevant training, and when required, to train other members of the catering team
About You as our Early Years Practitioner
Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
Demonstrate a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers
Be eligible to work in the UK
