We are currently seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join our team to service our Fire & security clients. This is a key role where you will be expected to step in with ease, ensuring a seamless experience for both our customers and internal teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to ensure the smooth operation of our Helpdesk services.
As an Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly, providing essential support to engineers, liaising with clients, and ensuring our office is a welcoming and well-organised environment.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will include general office administration, coordinating and scheduling engineers, handling inbound communications (phone, email, and post), and updating client and internal records. You'll also assist with job reporting, invoicing processes, preventative maintenance scheduling, and provide a warm welcome to visitors. This role also involves some light office upkeep and document management.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar admin or office support role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and internal systems
Able to prioritise tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
Friendly, reliable, and professional
