Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our busy Real Estate Commercial team in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal career with a well-respected firm, working alongside experienced partners and fee earners on a diverse range of Real Estate matters.

About the Role


As an Admin Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the team by:

?? Take telephone calls for the fee earners, dealing constructively with the client and progressing queries where possible.
?? Providing high-quality support to fee-earners, including drafting and processing documents.
??Ensure files are kept up-to-date at all times in accordance with our file management policies.

?? Organising and arranging for transfer of funds in/out.

What We're Looking For:

Previous legal experience (desirable but not essential). An LPC, Law degree, MILEX qualification, or equivalent (desirable). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills. Confidence using IT systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and legal software). A proactive and solution-focused mindset, able to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
