Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant looking for a reliable and organised
Admin Assistant
to join our team. You'll support our mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects by helping with admin tasks, document control, and site coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in construction or engineering support.
Please note: this role is
not remote
and will involve working between our office and various construction sites.
Responsibilities
Help manage and update project documents, drawings, and reports
Support site teams with admin tasks like timesheets, meetings, and visitor logs
Keep both digital and paper files organised and up to date
Assist with tracking technical documents using systems like Viewpoint or Aconex
Work with subcontractors and suppliers to collect required documents
Record and monitor document revisions and approvals
Make sure documents follow company and industry standards
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (you'll need to travel between sites)
Some experience in document control (construction experience is a bonus)
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
