We are looking for a professional, skilled and friendly Admin Assistant to join our growing Redhill Team!
This position requires excellent organisational skills, a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, and presenting a high level of customer service. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Duties
Responsible for receiving a high level of incoming calls and manning reception desk, ensuring each call dealt with correctly with high level of customer service.
Present our services and skills over the phone to secure bookings.
Present a high level of customer service.
Meet and greet customers into reception, confirming booking details and relaying information to the workshop.
Responding to customer enquiries via email, social media, telephone and face to face.
Diary management using internal booking system.
Communicate repair required to customers vehicles clearly, selling the job and answering any doubts they may have - helping them to make a decision.
Key liaison between Customer/Workshop/Office.
Have good control and knowledge over vehicle repair and collection, with good communication between teams for ultimate efficiency and turnaround of vehicles.
Updating database with customer information accurately.
Generating Invoices and taking payments.
Liaising with customers, workshop and external subcontractors.
Assist Office Manager with Health & Safety responsibilities
Help train new entrants into the office team
Assisting the Office Manager with any duties asked to perform within the team.
Take control of the team & duties when Office Manager is absent
The role is not limited to the tasks above.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy, spelling and grammar.
Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Works well under pressure.
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working a part of a friendly team.
Keen to learn new skills.
