About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team based in Kent. This role primarily supports the Events Team with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks. You will play a key role in research, preparing PowerPoint proposals, budget management, and general event planning support.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative support for events
General office administration
Proofreading and strong written communication
Personal assistance to senior team members
Researching & liaising with hotels, venues & suppliers
Creating client-facing PowerPoint presentations
Building and managing detailed Excel budgets
Post-event reconciliation and reporting
Occasional on-site support during event execution
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in an admin role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneDrive, and SharePoint
Strong numeracy and budgeting skills
Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Highly organised with excellent time management
A logical thinker with a common-sense approach
Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Comfortable working around dogs
Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a car
Preferred
Experience in the events, hospitality, or travel industries
Creative flair and a strong visual eye for presentation work
