Black Eyewear is a St. Albans based optician and online retailer. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Administration & Customer Service Assistant for a fixed-term maternity cover contract of 9-12 months to join our team.
The ideal candidate has previous experience working in an admin/customer service environment, has a friendly manner and is able to work independently.
Duties include general administration, packing/posting goods, updating database/website and dealing with customer enquiries by phone & e-mail.
The position is part time, 4-5 days/16-20 hrs per weeks and would suit someone based locally.
