We specialise in:
Account Management - working closely with retail partners to launch and grow brands.
Product Development - taking products from concept to shelf with speed and expertise.
With three years of triple-digit growth, we're scaling fast, and we're now looking for a detail-driven Admin / Business Assistant to support our retail and product development teams across the business.
Summary Of The Role:
This is a varied and hands-on role that will play a vital part in keeping the business running smoothly. You'll be working closely with our retail team, product development team, and wider support functions.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Order Administration
Processing and managing retailer and supplier orders.
Tracking shipments, delivery schedules, and stock movements.
Liaising with suppliers, logistics partners, and retailers to ensure smooth order flow.
Maintaining accurate records of invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
Retail Team Support
Assisting with day-to-day account management tasks.
Consolidating and preparing sales data for retail presentations.
Helping pull together reports, trackers, and market data for buyer meetings.
Supporting with sample requests, tracking, and delivery.
Occasionally attending meetings with retailers, to support retail team where needed.
Product Development Support
Assisting existing team with daily support across all NPD projects where needed.
About You:
We're looking for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys problem-solving, and has a proactive approach to supporting multiple teams.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
Comfortable working with data, reports, and order systems.
Ideally confident in Canva for simple design tasks (or willing to learn).
Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Tech-savvy and comfortable adapting to new systems/software.
Ideal role for someone looking to develop their admin/ business skills in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
