Who you are:
Well-organised, have excellent literacy skills, and a keen eye for detail. You enjoy working within a small close-knit team, and find it easy to adapt to a role where no day is quite the same.
What you'll be doing:
This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved with a whole range of different tasks. Primarily office based.
Customer Services
- responding to customer enquiries.
Managing wholesale relationships
- keeping our stockists up to date with new product launches and restocks. Processing orders and invoicing.
General business admin and support
- turning your hat to any other support needed within the business. Being a small team there are always other tasks that we need a hand with.
Social media community support -
responding to messages and comments across our social media channels and general community engagement.
Organic social media -
helping build and manually post social media content and manage influencer relationships.
Packing orders & processing returns-
Assisting with packing orders and processing returns during peak and seasonal times.
We'd love to find someone who is:
Exceptionally organised, detail-driven and happy juggling a mix of different tasks.
Confident using Excel/Google Sheets, Shopify (a bonus), and social media platforms.
Happy working independently but equally enjoys being part of a small, collaborative team.
Eager to learn.
Positive attitude.
