Are you an organised and compassionate administrator looking for a rewarding role in mental health services?



Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is enhancing its mental health crisis response provision with new investment, and we are forming a dedicated Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) to provide intensive home treatment as a true alternative to hospital admission.



We are seeking a Call Handler to play a key role in establishing and maintaining safe and effective administrative processes within this vital service. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a high-quality service for service users and their families, working within a dynamic and supportive team.



The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:



Provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the CRHTT.



Manage diaries, arrange appointments and meetings, prepare papers, and take/distribute minutes as required.



Handle correspondence, telephone calls, and emails in a professional, confidential, and sensitive manner.



Respond appropriately to calls, which may include distressed patients or carers, as well as urgent queries from professionals.
