Key Responsibilities:
Book, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments in line with service protocols
Update and maintain accurate patient and customer records using NHS systems
Respond to incoming queries via phone and email, providing clear and timely information
Relay information between customers, consultants, and clinical teams as required
Perform general data entry and administrative duties
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to NHS policies and data protection standards
Work closely with other administrative team members to support smooth service delivery
