Blue Wire Mechanical & Electrical are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive
Admin & Compliance Coordinator
to support our growing operations team in Leeds.
This role is central to keeping the business compliant, organised and running smoothly day-to-day. You'll work closely with our FM Coordinator, Operations Director and Finance team to provide administrative, compliance and office support across multiple areas of the business.

Blue Wire M&E Ltd deliver commercial mechanical, electrical, FM and project works across Yorkshire and the UK. We operate within education, hospitality, leisure, commercial offices and public-sector environments. As the business continues to grow, we're strengthening our office and compliance function to support the wider engineering team.
The Role
A varied and important role including:
General Office & Administration
Front-line phone handling
Managing emails, filing and document control
Uploading job sheets, photos, certificates and reports
Supporting operations and FM teams with admin tasks
Maintaining office systems and day-to-day workflow
Compliance & HR Support
Maintaining our HR & H&S portal (training provided)
Logging training, inductions, certifications and PPE records
Subcontractor onboarding & compliance checks (insurance, RAMS, qualifications)
Managing staff documentation and HR records
Fleet, Asset & Operational Compliance
Tracking vehicle MOTs, tax and servicing schedules
Managing van compliance, including ULEZ checks and basic maintenance scheduling
Monitoring vehicle trackers and logging mileage/usage
Ordering and managing uniform, PPE and stock levels
Keeping asset registers up to date (tools, equipment, IT kits)
Assisting with basic procurement and raising purchase orders
General Business Support
Supporting the finance team with admin tasks
Coordinating deliveries/collections when needed
Assisting with simple purchasing tasks
Helping with audits and general compliance administration
This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things organised and takes pride in running a smooth back-office operation.
What We're Looking For
Strong admin experience in a busy office
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confidence with IT systems & learning new platforms
Good communicator with a professional manner
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Experience in compliance, HR admin, fleet admin or document control is beneficial
A positive, proactive attitude -- someone who gets things done

25,000 - 30,000 DOE
