Role: Admin & Compliance

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week (some flexibility on the start and finish time)

Location: Office-based in Sidcup, Kent

Our work ranges across all sectors in the commercial property market delivering plant replacement projects, installation of new equipment/ services, repair, trouble shooting, etc. We currently carry out and deliver the following services:

Electrical installation, testing and maintenance Mechanical services installation Building services projects BMS/ Controls engineering Pipe freezing HVAC
Our work is mainly in central London and the South East. You can expect to be part of enthusiastic team delivering projects in commercial offices, hospitals, government buildings, leisure centres, schools, hotels, factories etc.

Key clients include: Mitie, Keltbray, Emcor Facilities Services, BGIS, FES, The Crown Estate, NHS and more.

Job Summary



We're looking for a detail-oriented and organised Admin & Compliance with

Facilities Sector experience

to join our

office-based team

.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting compliance processes, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with audits and regulatory requirements. Including contributing to the monitoring and analysis of compliance policies and procedures to ensure operational standards are met.

You will also handle general administrative duties, including document management and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain and update compliance records, databases, and documentation Assist with the implementation and monitoring of internal compliance procedures Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations Liaise with various departments to ensure timely submission of compliance-related information Assist in training staff on compliance processes and policy updates Respond to internal and external compliance queries Keep track of license renewals, certifications, and regulatory deadlines Perform general office administrative duties including answering the phone and maintaining filing systems (physical and digital) Supporting other departments with ad hoc administrative tasks including report writing

Qualifications & Skills:



3+ years proven experience

in an

administrative

or

compliance-related role

in the

Facilities Sector

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Strong understanding of relevant industry regulations is highly desirable Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively

You Will Receive



Competitive Salary - 28,000-35,000 per annum - dependent on experience Annual leave of 28 days per year (inclusive of Statutory Holidays) Company Pension Scheme Training

The ideal candidate should be located within a reasonable commuting distance of the Sidcup office and must be eligible to work in the U.K
