Sales Administrator Role and Service Administrator Role



Tasks will include although not exclusive to;

Taking telephone calls Booking appointments for Sales department Chasing Evaluation jobs Chasing quotes Writing quotes up and sending to clients Getting prices from suppliers Raising and sending quotes from call outs Raising and sending quote from email enquiries Raising jobs and liaising with clients Organising engineers diaries and booking in jobs Sending job updates and reports Using CRM Database Assist with Site RAMS and online permits H & S Accreditations Quality Audits Customer Relations Filing & General Office duties Assist wherever else necessary Offering drinks to staff and customers

Service Admin Role



Dealing with post Answering the telephone and passing on calls Reception duties such as greeting and looking after visitors Typing and setting up documents such as letters, reports and quotes Keeping computer records up to date Filing Using office equipment such as printers, photocopiers and fax machines Managing staff appointments Planning and organising meetings, and taking minutes Making travel arrangements for staff. Producing documents and reports. Maintaining and restocking office supplies. Using information, email and diary systems. Raising jobs and booking in Engineers keeping customers up to date with progress of works H & S Accreditations Assisting Service and Sales Department Invoicing Jobs Checking Purchase Invoices Entering timesheets onto the system Saving worksheets and photos to Jobs Offering drinks to staff and customers
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 22,000.00-25,000.00 per year

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (required)
Experience:

Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)
