About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Admin Manager
to take ownership of our administrative operations. This hands-on role involves processing orders, managing invoice runs, overseeing quality assurance, and supervising one administrative team member. If you're organised, reliable, and experienced in office administration, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and despatch customer orders using our software.
Collate and prepare supplier invoices for monthly payment runs
Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping
Manage quality assurance processes to meet internal standards
Supervise and support one administrative staff member
Liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed
Contribute to process improvements and administrative efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence in managing tasks independently and supervising others
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a small team
