Job Description
Busy Engineering Firm in Essex specialising in engine component machining and engine re-manufacture need a computer-literate, Parts & Stores Person / Manager, ideally with some engine building, parts or general engineering experience, training will be given to the correct candidate.
Your duties will include booking-in jobs, serving at our shop parts counter, answering calls, sourcing & ordering, as well as measuring & matching parts, managing our stock level & keeping the stores in check, enter parts onto invoices - we use an accounting system to manage the stock, so computer use is essential. A keen eye for detail, strong grasp of English / Grammar and good standard of presentation needed.
