Job Opportunity: Payroll Administrator - Administrative Support

Position Overview: As a Payroll Administrator in our Administrative Support team, you will be a key player in enabling our payroll team to focus on their core responsibilities. Your attention to detail, meticulous record-keeping, and organisational skills will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our payroll operations. This is a part-time role, requiring 29 hours of commitment per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the payroll team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, record maintenance, and document organisation.
  • Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee information for payroll processing.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies and troubleshoot payroll-related issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant compliance and data protection regulations.
