The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated

ECO4 Submission Staff

member to join our compliance and submissions team. You'll play a key role in ensuring all ECO4 projects are accurately processed, compliant with Ofgem standards, and submitted within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit project documentation through compliance platforms. Verify accuracy of evidence packs, installer paperwork, and property data before submission. Liaise with surveyors, installers, and coordinators to obtain missing documents or clarify inconsistencies. Monitor submission progress and resolve any compliance queries raised by managing agents. Maintain accurate records of all submitted jobs in internal systems. Support the compliance and operations team with general administration tasks when required.
