About the Role





As the Admin Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the Clinical Manager and overseeing the day-to-day running of the admin team. You'll ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with service standards - helping the team deliver a safe, compassionate, and effective service to all users.



Your responsibilities will include:



Providing daily leadership and support to the admin team
Managing team rotas, annual leave, and task allocation
Supporting onboarding, induction, and ongoing staff training
Auditing admin work and supporting continuous improvement
Assisting with reporting, investigations, and audits as required
Handling patient and stakeholder queries with professionalism and care
Maintaining accurate systems, data, and records (EMIS knowledge desirable)
Supporting compliance with KPIs and company policies

Key Responsibilities





About You





We're looking for someone who:



Has strong administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare or similar environment
Is confident leading and supporting a team
Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally
Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word essential)
Can work independently while contributing to a positive team culture
