Summary of Position
This is unrivalled opportunity to join a vibrant team as an Admin Team Leader. You need to be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the administration aspect of a lending business.
You will be overseeing a team working on customer complaints, debt management/IVA accounts, banking, remittance, and various back-office tasks assigned to the team. The ideal team leader will be able to focus on tasks requiring a high level of attention to detail, working within strict timeframes and regulations. You will be flexible in your approach and enjoy working in a challenging, fast-moving environment with a desire to resolve queries quickly and efficiently.
Duties & Responsibilities
eporting to the Head of Contact Centre
Deal competently and efficiently with high workloads
Execute competently within Regulatory deadlines across all customer communications including debt management, payplans and customer questions.
Emails inboxes
Digital mail via doc mail
Physical mail
Dealing with all other administration required.
Work alongside your team and set clear goals
Manage and team and their workloads to successfully deliver the business and customers outcomes and to set deadlines
Report and monitor team performance and business KPIs
Attend team leader co-ordiantion meetings and provide senior management status updats ona monthly basis
Provide challenges, solutions and with agreement execution of those solutions with your line manager
Operate in line with all FCA and other key finance industry regulations and laws.
Take ownership for personal development objectives.
Discover training needs and provide coaching.
Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Skills & Experience Required
The ability to work well in a team environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Comfortable at working to both team and individual targets in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing a team within a contact centre/call centre environment.
Efficient, organised and works well under pressure or time constraints.
Must have worked within the Financial Services sector and understands relevant regulatory requirements.
Understanding of assessing affordability, for example using income & expenditure forms.
Excellent Customer Service skills showing confidence in Customer interaction.
Above average skills with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Above average maths.
Above average ability on a customer management platform.
High levels of accuracy
