Job Summary



We are seeking a highly organised and professional addition to our Administrative Team to provide comprehensive administrative support within our organisation. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient operation of the office, maintaining accurate records, and supporting effective communication across all departments.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational and interpersonal skills, alongside proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft 365.

An understanding of the issues surrounding housing disrepair and the associated health risks would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities



Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and general enquiries, delivering a courteous and professional service at all times. Perform a broad range of administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, filing, and record management through Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. Manage incoming and outgoing post, stock intake, and deliveries, ensuring all items are processed accurately and efficiently. Maintain office supplies and equipment inventories, placing orders as required to ensure operational continuity. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, preparing necessary documentation and ensuring all logistical arrangements are completed. Utilise CRM systems to manage and update client or stakeholder information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support internal teams with administrative tasks to facilitate smooth workflow and communication. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance administrative efficiency and service delivery.

Experience & Skills



Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint). Experience using CRM systems to manage client data and correspondence. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism. Experience managing post, stock intake, and deliveries would be beneficial. A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of legal processes or experience within a legal environment is advantageous.
