About the Agency
We are NFU Mutual's Salisbury and Wareham agency, who serve customers across Wiltshire and Dorset from our two friendly offices in Salisbury and Wareham. We put our customers' interests first and offer the personal touch, so that they are treated as individuals and get the service they deserve.
As a local agency of NFU Mutual we deliver a first-class service, and sell their product range across our region, to customers old and new, who are at the core of everything we do. About the role:
Working as a team you'll need to fulfil the following Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Process, dispatch and maintain policy renewal documentation to Agency standards, ensuring records are maintained for audit purposes
Collect customer payments to adhere to the Agency credit management policies
Book customer appointments and manage Agent diaries effectively
Administer and arrange events and communications as required
Monitor and manage offices supplies
Comply with all applicable sections of the NFU Mutual General Insurance Compliance Manual for the Agency Network
About you

A confident & effective communicator, with good interpersonal skills both written and verbal
Analytical, accurate and pay attention to detail
Someone who demonstrates honesty, integrity, due skill, care and diligence
A problem solver, who can use their own initiative and judgement
Someone who is reliable and trustworthy
Someone who is organised and able to work to deadlines as required
Who enjoys working as part of a team with a positive can-do attitude
Possess good IT skills to use Word & Excel as a minimum and able to learn new internal NFU Mutual IT systems
A minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent including Maths and English
