We are seeking a
creative, organised, and motivated Administration and Communications Officer
to join our dynamic team and help us deliver this impactful programme.
About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll use your creativity, organisation, and communication skills to promote the Aspire & Achieve Walsall programme and support its smooth delivery.
You will manage social media and marketing, design engaging digital content, extract and present data insights, and support project administration -- helping us reach and inspire young people across Walsall.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow Aspire & Achieve Walsall's social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Design and distribute engaging newsletters, flyers, and digital content (using Canva, Mailchimp, or similar).
Extract, analyse, and present data from surveys and reports to demonstrate programme progress and impact.
Support project administration, including scheduling, record-keeping, and document preparation.
Assist with planning and promoting community events, workshops, and campaigns.
Draft and proofread promotional materials and website content.
Provide excellent customer service to young people, partners, and stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
Proven experience in
social media management
and
digital marketing

Experience creating
newsletters
and promotional content.
Strong
data handling and reporting skills
- able to interpret survey data and present findings clearly.
Excellent
organisational and time-management skills
with attention to detail.
Strong
written and verbal communication
skills.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office

Innovative thinker with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
Desirable:
Knowledge of
Walsall's local communities
and youth programmes.
Ability to speak
Urdu, Hindi, or Sylheti
