White Cross Rubber Products Ltd are the UK's specialist rubber sheeting and rubber coated textiles manufacturer, supplying a wide range of custom made products to demanding industries and customers around the globe.
Due to internal re-organisation we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Administration and Marketing Assistant to join our close-knit team. The role will focus on providing administration support to the office manager and business as whole as well as assisting with our digital marketing.
Duties
Answering the phone; handling and directing enquiries as well as dealing with visitors to site.
Receiving and processing customer orders
Generating and tracking internal works orders
Raising, tracking and receipting purchase orders
Making price and lead-time enquiries to suppliers
Issuing documentation to the shop floor
Monitoring and maintaining stocks of stationary, PPE etc.
General administration, analytical or other tasks as requested by management.
Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing activity, including SEO, social media marketing, and other marketing.
Generate simple marketing assets including images and copy.
Manage website updates using WordPress, including basic HTML adjustments as needed.
Analyze data using Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Liaise with SEO and/or design agencies
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Past experience of working with sales and purchasing / ERP systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO and social media.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and WordPress with the ability to analyse data effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

This is a full-time permanent position working on-site Monday to Thursday 7.30 - 16.45 and Fridays 8.00 - 13.00.
24 days holiday plus bank holidays to be taken as a combination of fixed and flexible.
