The Role

Administrative Duties (30%)
Process and send invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
Manage staff payroll and payment processing
Handle day-to-day data entry and record management

Support general office operations and administration
Client Outreach & Business Development (70%)
Proactively reach out to potential new clients through various channels
Arrange bookings and consultations for our healthcare professionals
Build relationships with prospective clients and understand their needs
Coordinate scheduling between clients and team members
Follow up on leads and maintain client communication records
