Join the Close Brothers Transport Team, based out of our East Kilbride offices. You will review and amend CCA Statements for all Customers with Regulated Agreements, update information for UBOs/Corporate Entities/Sole Traders/Small Partnerships and Private Individuals and collate information requests for Asset Finance Audits. Working as part of the Transport team our ideal team member will have previous experience in providing excellent customer service with excellent data entry, organisational and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Investigate and update data that has been input into the system that may be incorrect or have missing info.
Check and Distribute Annual Statements to all customers with regulated agreements within the prescribed timeframe, also carry out amendments to generated statements when inconsistences are identified whilst carrying out sense checks.
Assist CB Treasury in Crown Place with the collation of all CBAF Finance Agreements for Audit
Manually generate Customer Statements requested by various Branches across the business and review for accuracy, ensure amendments are made prior to issuing to the customer
Review details of Assets loaded within our system and make any necessary amendments where required.
Conduct thorough controls assurance reviews on all BBB-backed facilities to be set to "guaranteed" or "repaid", to ensure compliance with internal standards and external guarantee requirements.
Validate that facility files and documents are complete, accurate, and free from errors.
Identify and escalate any failures in the lending process to Governance.
When required aid in providing Redress to our customers following Company Policy and Procedures.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
Good IT skills with experience of using MS Office
Data entry experience
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Effective organizational skills
Experience of providing excellent customer service
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
Formal computer training
