Join the Close Brothers Asset Finance & Leasing (CBAFL) team, where you will help prepare for the upcoming implementation of our new Back Office system. Based in our Glasgow office, you will work as part of a wider team as well as individually on a broad range of tasks.

To be successful in this role role you will be possess IT and data entry skills along with a strong attention to detail, effective organisational and communication skills. You will be an excellent team player and will strive to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate accurate quotes for various transactions and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Create and dispatch confirmation letters detailing settlement terms and conditions to customers promptly.
  • Conduct thorough ongoing screening using World Check One for new customers.
  • Investigate and resolve potential matches with information on our system.
  • Log and report findings to the Financial Crime Team for further assessment.
  • Collaborate with CBAF Branches for cases requiring additional actions.
  • Assist in clearing the back book of existing Corporate and UBOs in World Check One.
  • Collaborate with Close Brothers Treasury in London to gather CBAF Finance Agreements for audits.
  • Ensure accurate and organized collection of documents for audit purposes.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:
  • Have excellent communication skills for interacting with both internal teams and customers
  • Are able to work effectively within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Posses good IT skills with experience of using MS Office Suite (Excel, etc.).
  • Have a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Possess effective organisational skills.
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:
  • Have experience in working with confidential data.
  • Have previous experience in accurately generating and reviewing documents and reports.
