Job Description

We are a family run business based in Ayr, established in 2000. We carry out various works - property maintenance, environmental and adaptation works for various housing associations, councils and social work.

We are seeking an Administrator who will play a pivotal role in being the first point of contact within the business.

Duties will include



Answering telephone Dealing with emails Logging new job lines / works orders Contacting clients to arrange appointments Updating calendar Any other administration duties as and when required to assist Office Manager

Skills/ Experience



Previous experience working within a construction industry / property maintenance Proficient in Microsoft software Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Organisational skills
Pay - starting from 13.00 - depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
