Administrator responsibilities

General filing.
Reception duties.
Opening post
Answering the telephone and responding to emails.
Maintaining accurate records on excel and word.
Matching of monthly Barclaycard bill.
All Fire Marshall duties and keeping first aid kits up to date.
Keeping office and PPE stores in order.
Electric readings monthly.
Assisting all Director's and the Office Manager.
What you need as an Administrator
Accurate filing skills.
Administrative background.
Knowledge of Excel and Word.
Great eye for detail and excellent accuracy.
Excellent telephone skills and customer service skills.
Knowledge of construction or civil engineering would be helpful.
Valid UK driving licence (due to our location) is essential.
Must be ok with dogs as we have dog friendly office.
Must live near Bicester Oxfordshire
Hours of work 9.30am to 2.30pm
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00-14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
