You'll be the central link between our clients and technicians -- handling calls, scheduling appointments, managing records in
Salesforce
, preparing invoices and reports, and assisting with
debt collection and payment follow-ups

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment, has strong attention to detail, and is confident communicating with customers.
You'll Need:
Previous admin or customer service experience (2+ years preferred)
Experience in
debt collection or credit control
(preferred)
Strong computer skills - confident using
Salesforce
, Word, and Excel
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to multitask
