The Role
We're looking for an
Administrative Assistant
to support our recruitment and operational processes. You'll work closely with our team to help onboard pharmacists, maintain accurate records, and ensure the day-to-day admin side of our business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and updating candidate records and compliance documentation
Assisting with recruitment administration, including right-to-work checks and referencing
Coordinating interviews and managing calendars
Handling email enquiries and general communication
Preparing and organising key documents (e.g. contracts, onboarding forms)
Providing general administrative support to the recruitment and operations team
What We're Looking For
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using email, spreadsheets, and standard office software (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
Friendly, professional communication style
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a office setting
Previous experience in admin or recruitment (desirable but not essential)
