We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our finance and admin team, you'll enjoy making sure everything is organised and perform tasks in a logical manner, with detail at the heart of everything you do. Knowledge of the conveyancing process is advantageous, but not essential as long as you are enthusiastic about learning and are ready to grow with us.



On any given day you could be doing one or all of these things:



Assist Property Lawyers with administrative tasks to provide an effective and efficient conveyancing service Support new clients through the instruction process following acceptance of a quote General administration tasks to ensure Eden delivers the best client experience Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies Responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately Maintain the internal filing system in line with regulatory requirements Monitor and respond to incoming enquiries via email, post or phone Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary Provide support with general admin tasks to other areas of the business on an ad hoc basis Deliver against administrative and compliance KPIs

Requirements



Previous administration experience Excellent organisational skills Warm and personable communication skills Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision Strong affinity for digital technology Keen eye for detail and an ability to prioritise effectively
