We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at E&M Motor Factors Ltd. The position is based in Cardigan and plays a key role in maintaining our commitment to excellent service.
Responsibilities
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Booking stock into the system and doing periodic stock checks
Manage administrative duties including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
Maintain organized office systems to enhance productivity.
Answer phone calls professionally and manage inquiries effectively.
Support team members with clerical tasks
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Previous experience of stock management
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
