Administration Assistant
to join our logistics team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a variation of duties each day. With good communication and organisation skills, you will be the first point of contact for customers and provide support on daily tasks.
Location:
Micheldever Tyre Services, Chepstow
Working Pattern: Mon - Fri 06:00am - 18:00pm (Start and Finish time varies), Weekend Availability
Salary:
24,587.19

About the role
Support managements team in all administrative tasks
Act as a first point of contact for Customers
Provide quotations and advice when necessary
Completion of associated paperwork
Ensure that the customer is dealt with in a professional manner
Promote company products and services
Following all Health and Safety procedures
Reporting and documenting fault/defective equipment
Compliance to Company policies and procedures in respect of vehicle inspections
About you:
Previous retail experience
Be a team player with a focus on providing excellent customer service
Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
Have a keen eye for details and be literate and numerate
Have an enthusiastic and flexible approach to your work
Full and valid UK driving licence

Today, Micheldever Group is the fastest growing wholesaler, distributor and retailer of tyres in the UK, selling six million tyres nationwide, (20 percent of the total UK market) and employing approximately 2100 employees company wide.
To support this business, we have built a wholesale distribution network of 14 sites around the UK supplying over 6,000 retailers and our own retail chain Protyre which is consistently growing. This is achieved by skilled, focused and determined teams across 1 central distribution and 13 warehouse operations nationwide.
