Purpose of the Role

We are a fast-growing online pharmacy, and we're looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Chippenham. You'll play a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly by supporting our pharmacy operations, customer service, and management team with a wide range of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the pharmacy and wider business. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases. Support order processing and general back-office functions. Liaise with suppliers and delivery partners when required. Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets for the management team. Assist with HR and onboarding processes (e.g. maintaining staff records). Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office logistics. Order and manage office supplies. Support ad-hoc projects as the company continues to grow.
Skills & Competencies

Excellent organisation and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication. High attention to detail and accuracy. Confident using Microsoft Office and Google workspace (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and able to prioritise workload effectively. Friendly and approachable team player.
Experience & Qualifications

Previous administrative or office-based experience. Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or e-commerce (desirable but not essential). GCSEs in English and Maths (essential). Business administration qualifications (desirable).
