Rate of pay:

22,932 per annum/12.60 per hour (pro-rata based on a 35 hour full-time work week)

Hours:

7 hours per week (working day(s) to be agreed)

Based:

Remake Scotland, Unit 2, Muthill Road, Crieff with flexibility for some remote working.

Contract Type:

Permanent Contract

Holiday entitlement:

52 hours per year (including public/bank holiday entitlement)

Role Overview:



We are looking for a reliable and proactive Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day running of Remake's internal operations and office operations. Working closely with the General Manager and the wider team, you will assist with administration process es across the organisation including scheduling, procurement, document handling, internal communications and customer enquiries.

This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organised, good with communication, and enjoys making a difference behind the scenes in a small, friendly, purpose-led team.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



General Administration



Maintain accurate, organised and regularly updated digital and physical filing systems. Manage office supplies and procurement to ensure the team has access to essential resources. Support internal communications by updating calendars, meeting notes, and reminders. Monitor and respond to general customer enquiries in a timely manner to maximise customer satisfaction. Schedule meetings and prepare documentation (agendas, minutes, etc.) where required. Process and file incoming/outgoing correspondence, emails, and calls efficiently Maintain petty cash records

HR and Volunteer Support



Maintain staff and volunteer records in line with data protection policies Support with recruitment & induction processes

Operational and Organisational Support



Support with the maintenance of health and safety recordkeeping and compliance (e.g., risk assessments, accident logs, fire checks) Assist with reporting and governance requirements Update contact databases, policies, and procedural documents as needed.

Additional Responsibilities



You will also contribute to the wider work of the team by:

Providing helpful and accurate information to customers and visitors, both online and in person, maintaining high standards of service. Maintaining strong relationships with local partners. Adhering to Health & Safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment. Working occasional evenings or weekends to support events and community engagement. Taking on other reasonable duties as needed to support Remake's aims.
