We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks, maintaining efficient communication channels, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
To process customer orders and requests accurately and efficiently, with high attention to detail.
To input data accurately and in a timely manner, picking and despatching stock.
To greet hauliers, and carry out necessary despatch checks on their vehicle on arrival and once loading is complete.
To work closely with the Coldstore team to ensure efficiency of the store operation
To complete general administration duties as and when required.
Candidates should have:
At least 1 year previous employment in a similar administration role
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Strong ability to work to deadlines
Excellent computer literacy
Good timekeeping

Full-time permanent
Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.30pm (plus Saturday cover from 7-12 on rota basis)
