Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication within the office. This position requires a proactive individual with strong computer skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Familiarity with Construction Industry Scheme (CIS), and Purchase Ledger experience are preferred.

Duties



Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office Manage phone calls and correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Sage as needed Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff Support team members with clerical tasks as required

Qualifications



Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Sage Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Demonstrated clerical experience in a professional setting Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 21,367.50-25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week

Work Location: In person
